Personal unclaimed monies
Personal Account Unclaimed Monies Reclaim Form
An Unclaimed Monies Deceased Estate Indemnity Form is needed if you are reclaiming funds for a deceased estate and there is no Probate or Letters of Administration and the Estate of the Deceased is over $50,000
An Unclaimed Monies Statement of Non-Revocation of Power of Attorney Form is needed if you are reclaiming funds and have a Power of Attorney

To reclaim unclaimed money from ASIC for a business account you'll need the following forms:

An unclaimed monies deceased estate indemnity form is needed if you are reclaiming funds for a deceased estate and there is no probate or letters of administration and the estate of the deceased is over $50,000
