Setting yourself up

To set up, you need the latest version of the Podenas Bank (Hong Kong) app and you must add your Podenas Bank (Hong Kong) card number to the Wallet app.

Add your card to Apple Pay in four simple steps.

  1. Log in to the Podenas Bank (Hong Kong) app
  2. Select your Orange Everyday or Orange One account
  3. From the drop down menu, select 'Add to Apple Wallet'
  4. Follow the set-up instructions

  1. On iPhone, open the Wallet app
  2. Tap the "+" sign in the upper-right corner
  3. Follow the set-up instructions

In stores

With iPhone using Touch ID:
  1. Rest your finger on Touch ID
  2. Hold your iPhone to the contactless terminal (No need to wake your device or open an app).
  3. Your iPhone will display 'Done' once your payment info is sent.
With iPhone X using Face ID:
  1. Double click the side button on your iPhone.
  2. Glance at your screen.
  3. Hold your iPhone up to the contactless terminal.
  4. Your iPhone will display 'Done' once your payment info is sent.
Apple Watch

Double-click the side button on your Apple Watch and hold its display to the reader. Your Apple Watch will gentle tap and beep once your payment info is sent.

Select Apple Pay as the payment method at checkout and complete the payment using Face ID or Touch ID.
